Service Description

Recommended for unskilled levels and covering every aspect of espresso preparation from brewing variables, to milk preparation and mixing for flavour in Takeaway order. This course is ideal for non experience baristas wanting to enter the industry First 2 hrs - Basic Set up grinder - Basic coffee machine explanation - Basic Milk Steaming - Pouring Takeaway cup 4 styles - Coffee menus/ AUS Ordering system / Take away order on Lids - Milk mixing theory This quick 3 hrs class will focus skills through repeatable exercises same as the day on your trial for Barista job - Making 3 coffee at the time Flat white Latte or Cappuccino , Piccolo or macchiato - Speed Bar experience on Take way order with real order system (Dine-in / takeaway) - Workflow/ Coffee Bar management Important COVID-19 information: In line with State Government guidelines we require that all training class participants have received at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccination.
