From the fertile soils of Tolima, El Vergel’s Caturra delivers a juicy and creamy cup that feels like a fruit milkshake. Expect vibrant guava, sweet strawberry, and a smooth, dessert-like body.

Processing:
This lot undergoes a carefully controlled anaerobic fermentation for 48–60 hours before drying begins. Cherries are first sun-dried on raised beds under a marquesina until reaching 30% moisture. From there, they’re transferred to circular mechanical dryers—kept below 45°C—to gradually reach 16–18% moisture. After a 45-day stabilization in GrainPro bags, a final mechanical drying phase locks in sweetness and clarity.
