From the highlands of Alo Village in Sidama Bensa, this curated collection celebrates the diversity of processing methods at the Alo Main Station — founded by Tamiru Tadesse, 1st place winner of the 2021 Ethiopia Cup of Excellence. Grown at soaring altitudes between 2,340–2,550 MASL, all coffees are made from the 74158 variety, known for its vibrant cup profile and resilience.

1. Alo Classic Washed

Process: Washed
Altitude: 2,340–2,480 MASL
Flavour: Floral, Honey, Lemon Custard
Elegant and refined — the washed process brings out a clean structure, showcasing delicate florals and sweet citrus notes.

2. Alo Natural

Process: Sun-dried Natural
Altitude: 2,400–2,500 MASL
Flavour: Tropical Fruit, Berry Compote, Honey
Rich and fruit-forward — this natural lot is juicy, sweet, and expressive, with a vibrant berry intensity balanced by honeyed depth.

3. Alo Anaerobic

Process: Anaerobic Fermentation
Altitude: 2,450–2,550 MASL
Flavour: Red Grape, Spiced Rum, Dark Cherry
Experimental and bold — complex layers of fermented fruit, deep sweetness, and wine-like acidity make this a standout for adventurous palates.
