From the highlands of Alo village in Bensa, Sidama, this Grade 1 natural coffee captures the vibrant essence of Ethiopia’s southern terroir. Grown at a remarkable 2,340–2,480m, this lot comes from Alo Main Station, led by producer Tamiru Tadesse, whose bold vision earned a 2021 Cup of Excellence award.
Ripe cherries are handpicked and dried on raised beds for 21 days, producing a lively and complex cup layered with blueberry, lychee, juicy melon, sweet peach, mixed berries, and a delicate floral finish.
Expect clarity, balance, and a silky texture—perfect for filter brewing.
