Service Description

Only 2 Person in the class (You and Your friend). Minimum 5 hrs This is a 5-hour experience that starts from the basics and culminates in 5 hours of non-stop coffee-making/ latteart focusing on milk texturing and coffee art. You will learn all the cutting-edge tricks using all freepouring techniques from the latteartqueen that will unlock you forever. By the end of this class you will be able to: 1. Texture milk with 2-steps and achieve shiny, micro-foam ideal for integrating with espresso. 2. Demonstrate an integrate milk with crema, Split for Multiple jugs. 3. Demonstrate of how to control the foam level of Cappuccino, Latte , Flat white and etc. 4. Demonstrate pouring techniques of Jug placement, Arm control, Jug holding, Position of the cups toward handle to meet WLAC rules and expectations. 5. Demonstrate and pouring techniques between WET VS DRY and floating techniques. 6. Demonstrate step by step techniques in each patterns starting from Jug holding, Positioning of the cup in different pattern, pouring tips to the end to achieve symmetry, contrast, and accuracy. 7. Develop an understanding and of pouring steps involved control a speed for consistently pour a heart, rosetta, tulip and swan and Inversion to World Latte Art (WLA) judging criteria or Smackdown. DELIVERY Coach by JIBBILITTLE , an Australian Latte Art Champion 2019 and 5 Times NSW Latteart Champion 2014 -2019. This workshop will focus on hand on practice 70% and 30% Secret techniques/ tips/ trick. With my 15yrs of Coffee professional career, 8 yrs latteart trainer, judge and WORLD STAGE competition level. JIBBI will teach you the key skills you need, you will take home with at least 6 basic patterns and enable you to keep practising and develop yourself in just 5 hrs.
