In what currency will I be charged?


We accept payments in USD currencies: All transactions will be carried out in USD Currency Only

How do i order a bulk quantity of an item? Wholesale?


We offer the ability to purchase multiple amounts of our product online at the discounted price, however the extra charged for delivery will be applied base on a number of your Items ordered. Payment and Shipping in $USD?


Your order will be charged in USD CURRENCY (USD) dollars. We use Australia Post eParcel for AUSTRALIA address to get your goods to you. During this busy sale period please allow a couple of extra days for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience, We only use Express shipping services, if you have not received the item in the right time frame please call your local post immediately and provide them your tracking number, you may need to pay the tax,




DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?


Yes! We delivery Worldwide with EXPRESS International post will take 4 -8 BUSINESS DAY time depend on which countries zone you are, simply enter your address during checkout. Mostly it will take 5+ business days to arrive your destination. PLS CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IN IN THAT TIME FRAME, MAY DUE TO TAX OR CUSTOM.




WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND FEES?


Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. However, our shipping purpose will be shown as "Gift" on the delivery to you and indicate a minimum amount of value. Enjoy!




How to Track Packages?


Using our Australia tracking system, you always can check your order and see when it will be shipped to your local post office. Once the parcel has reached your country, it is your responsibility to contact your local (government) post office in case of custom charges or need to pick up your parcel. My order is being Returned to Sender?


If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as: 

* Unclaimed
* Denied Due to Customs Charges
* Incomplete/Insufficient Address
* Undeliverable as Addressed
* Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs
* Refused, etc...

Only once the parcel arrives back to our facility and is checked in will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost at $30 USD (FLAT RATE to all countries). You may be responsible for return shipping fees. 


NOTE : Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only minus $30 USD SHIPPING FEES; The shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The cost of return shipping fees will also be at $30 USD. By ordering with JIBBIJUG, you agree and acknowledge these terms and conditions.
