About JIBBI LITTLE:
JIBBI is a highly accomplished barista and coee professional. She has achieved numerous accolades in various coee competitions and has made a name for herself in the specialty coee community. In 2022, she won the World AeroPress Championship and the Australian Coee Master Championship. Additionally, she holds the title of Richest Barista Champion, having won $25,000 as a prize. In 2019, she became the Australian Latte Art Champion.
JIBBI is not only skilled as a barista and latte art specialist, but she is also a talented coee roaster. In fact, she is the founder and chief designer of the popular JIBBIJUG milk pitcher. Her expertise and contributions have established her as a leading figure in the industry. She has been competing in latte art competitions since 2014, winning numerous awards along the way. In 2022, JIBBI decided to expand her competition journey by venturing into the realm of black coee. It was then that she secured victories in the World AeroPress Championship and the Australian AeroPress Championship.
Based in Sydney, JIBBI has gained recognition for her exceptional talent in latte art. Some of her notable achievements include placing 11th in the 2019 World Latte Art Championship, winning the NSW Latte Art Championship five times, and becoming the Australian Latte Art Champion for 2019. Furthermore, she has triumphed in 15 Latteart Smackdown events from 2014 to 2023, also won $5000 the new tile of Victoria coee smackdown in 2023
JIBBI's dedication to the coee industry began in 2006 when she started working as a barista. Due to her artistic abilities, she quickly gained attention for her awe-inspiring latte art creations. In 2016, she introduced the JIBBIJUG milk jug, which has since become the top choice for latte art enthusiasts.
In 2017, she expanded her craft by becoming a coee roaster and established her own brand called "JIBBILTTLE COFFEE ROASTERS". This decision allowed her to further explore her creativity and introduce exciting flavors to the market. Since then, she has been awarded 31 medals in various coee roasting competitions (Golden bean and AICA) . In 2022, she achieved the 3rd place in the ASCA NSW Brewers Cup competition.
In addition to her impressive competition wins and entrepreneurial ventures, JIBBI also serves as a COE Judge, Q-grader, and ASCA Sensory Judge. She has judged events such as the ASCA NSW Latteart and Sensory Cup in 2016, the International COE Sensory competition in 2022-2023, the Brewer Cup Smackdown in Sydney in 2023, the Alternative Coee Smackdown in Melbourne competitions in 2023, as well as the regional Aeropress competition in Brisbane in 2023.
Her expertise and experience as a judge further contribute to her standing in the coffee industry.
