Over 4 hours you will also learn tips, tricks and shortcuts from JIBBI LITTLE and get a Certificate of achievement. This course is suitable for beginners at all skill levels and anyone wishing to improve their design Latte art skills. By the end of this class you will be able to: 1. Texture milk with 2 steps and achieve the shiny, micro-foam ideal. 2. Demonstrate integrated milk with crema, Split for Multiple jugs. 3. Demonstrate of how to control the foam level of Cap, Latte, Flat white, etc. 4. Demonstrate pouring techniques of Jug placement, Arms control, Jug holding, and Position of the cups toward handle to meet WLAC rules and expectations. 5. Demonstrate pouring between WET VS DRY and floating techniques. 6. Demonstrate step-by-step techniques in each pattern, starting from Jug holding, Positioning the cup in different patterns, and pouring tips to the end to achieve symmetry, contrast, and accuracy. 7. Develop an understanding of pouring steps involved in controlling a speed for consistently pour a heart, rosetta, tulip and swan and Inversion to World Latte Art judging criteria or Smackdown. DELIVERY Coach by JIBBILITTLE , Top 12 World, an Australian Champion19 and 5 Times NSW Latteart Champion 2014 -2019. This workshop will focus on hand on practice 70% and 30% techniques. With her 15 yrs of Coffee professional career, 8 yrs as a trainer, Judge and WORLD STAGE competition level. JIBBI will teach you the key skills you need, you will take home with at least 4 basic patterns and enable you to keep practising and develop yourself in just 4 hrs.
