THE STORY
We continue our journey with Forest Coffee and El Vergel through this gem from Daniel Hernandez — a third-generation grower from Antioquia. But Daniel isn’t just carrying on a legacy; he’s redefining it.
With a deep commitment to sustainability and quality, Daniel’s approach blends traditional roots with modern processing. The “Tropical Chiroso” gets its name from its bright, fruit-forward profile — achieved through a thoughtful 48-hour fermentation after gentle depulping, followed by drying on raised beds under the Colombian sun.
It’s clean. It’s tropical. It’s unforgettable.
